PRIVACY STATEMENT ACCORDING TO ART. 13 REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to inform you about the processing of your personal data. The Florence Chamber of Commerce encourages you to carefully read this Privacy Policy. Data Processing Controller The data processing controller, according to article 4 parah. 7 Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (hereinafter GDPR), is the Florence Chamber of Commerce, in person of the pro tempore President. The Florence Chamber of Commerce is headquartered in Florence, Piazza dei Giudici n. 3. The controller is available at the following email addresses: cciaa.firenze@fi.legalmail.camcom.it (certified mail) or info@fi.camcom.it (regular email). Data Protection Officer The Florence Chamber of Commerce has appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO) available at the email address privacy@fi.camcom.it. Purposes and legal basis for the data processing Processing is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest, according to art. 6, par. 1. e) GDPR and art. 2, parah 1, g) L. 580/1993, for the organization of the conference “Cultural Properties: what Means for the Settlement of International Disputes?” Means of processing The data will be processed by way of appropriate paper, electronical and online means, according to principles of GDPR. Data communication and spreading The personal data that you provided will be processed by the Florence Chamber of Commerce and its Special Agency Promofirenze, for all the necessary activities related to your participation at the conference. Transfer of data The Controller shall not transfer personal data neither in EU Member States nor in third countries out of the European Union. Data retention The Florence Chamber of Commerce will retain your personal data for 5 years since the date of the conference “Cultural Properties: what Means for the Settlement of International Disputes?” Your rights Among the rights aknowledged by GDPR are included the following: • obtain from the Florence Chamber of Commerce the access to your personal data and the information connected to them; the rectification of inaccurate personal data and the right to have incomplete personal data completed; the erasure of your personal data; the restriction of the processing of your personal data (according to GDPR provisions); • object, on grounds relating to your particular situation, at any time to processing your personal data; the data processed relying on consent before the objection remain, however, lawful; • lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority: Autorità Garante per la protezione dei dati personali – www.garanteprivacy.it. Nature of data collected The collection of requested personal data is made on a voluntary basis, but it is strictly necessary for your participation to the above mentioned conference. The refusal to provide the requested personal data shall not allow your participation to the conference. Absence of automated decision-making process The Florence Chamber of Commerce does not apply any automated decision-making process, included the profiling referred to in art. 22, parah1 and 4, GDPR. |
