Nathalie Voser is a partner in Schellenberg Wittmer’s Dispute Resolution Group in Zurich. She has acted as arbitrator and counsel on record in a vast number of cases. Her areas of specialization include disputes (including investor – state disputes) regarding construction / infrastructure projects, civil engineering and energy related projects, oil and gas, pharmaceutical, and automotive industries.

Nathalie Voser is currently a board member of the Swiss Arbitration Association and the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce (SCC), as well as a member and Vice President of the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA). Moreover, she is an immediate past member of the board of the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce (SCC); Swiss delegate in the ICC Arbitration and ADR Commission in Paris, a member of the Users’ Council of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) and the Panel of Arbitrators of the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) and of the VIAC International Advisory Board.
In 1988, Nathalie Voser graduated summa cum laude from the University of Basel and was admitted to the bar in Switzerland in 1990. In 1992, she became a juris doctor with summa cum laude and earned an LL.M. from
Columbia University (New York) in 1994 with honors. In 2005, she received the venia docendi for private law, conflicts of laws and comparative law and, in 2014, she was awarded the title of Professor in private law, arbitration law, private international law and comparative law (Titularprofessur) by the University of Basel, where she regularly teaches courses in commercial arbitration and other areas of Swiss private law.
