The location, renovated on January 2018, offers 20 fully equipped and customizable mediation rooms, most of them offering an impressive view on Ponte Vecchio, Piazzale Michelangelo and the most important florentine monuments.

The building offers also a conference room with 280 seats, training rooms and an impressive hall (former stock Exchange) and a roof restaurant, both available for catering and reception.

The Secretariat is also at disposal for securing facilities and services that parties may require, as interpreters, hotel and restaurant reservations, catering, travels from and to airport and so on.
Upon request of the parties or the mediator, the FIMC organizes mediation meetings in a typical Tuscan landscape, such as Chianti’s vineyards in the or similar environments that may facilitate the right mood for a positive outcome of the mediation meeting.
